The High Range 4wd club of SA inc would like to thank all people who assisted last year with building the club and especially those in committee positions. At the AGM on Wednesday the 2nd of September 2009 - committee positions were declared vacant. Nominations were called for and the results are as follows:

First Committee Elected

High Rangers got into second gear with the election of the club’s first executive committee. Lee, mentor of the High Range 4WD Club on behalf of the SAAFWDC, quickly moved proceedings along to the club’s first Annual General Meeting. It was an exciting time for High Rangers as they could vote on issues such as club membership fees and have a say in shaping the clubs future. Fees were set, then down to electing a president. It was no surprise when there was a sea of hands raised unanimously for election of ‘Cuffs’! Next was the very capable Brenton as secretary and bean counter John, as treasurer. Suddenly the three musketeers had been formed! Moments later the new committee had taken residence at the front where they rightly belonged. High Rangers enjoyed the first presidential address, listening to the long list of trips proposed for the near future. Judging by the interest and enthusiasm, we have a very promising future, one that we look forward to.
